    Working with the Team at Improve and Grow has been nothing short of amazing.Originally when we put our marketing needs out to bid we choose not to go with them. We chose to go with a company called 1seo who was slightly lower in cost. After working with 1seo for 9 months not 1 single lead and 70k later we were done. Reached back out to Carl and I said I'd love to move forward but I need some sort of guarantee. He came up with a 3 month guarantee. The deal was if he doesn't hit the set targets he will refund us but if he does hit them we will sign on for a year. I believe he hit his 3 month target in 6 weeks. It wasn't long until we were asking him to increase our marketing budget to which he said, give me some time to make sure we are fully maximizing your existing budget before we start throwing money at google ads.     On Feb 1, I had my 4 year work anniversary. This team is wonderful and the job fulfillling, and I'm excited for year 5 and beyond!     Before Improve and Grow our website was with a hosting company and we were using their limited website tool. We were introduced to Improve and Grow about 4 years ago and have not looked back. We were cautious about entrusting our website to a new agency and expressed our concerns. Carl answered all of our objections, laid out the plan of action and we moved forward.
